HARTLEPOOL'S Graeme Storm is tied for ninth place at the British Open at Birkdale after a third round 72 today.
Storm sits at eight over par, alongside five others as play came to a close this evening.
Storm birdied the third and the 17th, but bogies at the sixth, seventh, 12th and 14th hampered his progress.
Veteran Greg Norman is the overnight leader on two over par, with defending champion Padraig Harrington and KJ Choi tied for second on four over par.
