The Northern Echo is to host a live event next week looking at the implications for the North East of Jeremy Hunt's Budget - with exclusive insight from inside the Budget planning offices.
After a day where the new North East Mayoral Combined Authority was given more than £100million in Trailblazer money which gave the green light for the vast Crown Works Film Studios project, and Darlington was given more than £20million, the event will look at what it all means for a range of business sectors across the wider region.

As usual, there will be plenty of chances to network before and after the event, free parking, tea, coffee and a light lunch.
The Northern Echo's Level Up North East campaign provides the volume for the leading voices of our region, demonstrating that we are united in working together, while continuing to demand that promises and pledges are more than just headlines and soundbites.
